This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions of coaching services provided by Pastor Care Solutions. By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Coaching Services
- Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and occur bi-weekly unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Sessions are conducted via Zoom or another agreed-upon platform.
- Coaching is a partnership focused on personal and professional growth, decision-making, and accountability.
2. Fees & Payment
- The fee for coaching is $100 per session, with package coaching solutions available at varying rates.
- Payment is required upfront upon booking.
- No refunds will be provided, but session credits may be applied toward future sessions.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.
- Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
4. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are strictly confidential, except in the following circumstances:
- If the Client expresses an intent to harm themselves or others.
- If there is suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a minor, elderly person, or vulnerable adult.
- If disclosure is required by law.
The Client’s personal information will not be shared without written consent, except in these situations.
5. Nature of Coaching
- Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or professional mental health care.
- The Client is responsible for implementing insights gained during coaching.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- The Client understands that coaching is a professional relationship designed to support personal and professional development, but no specific results are guaranteed.
- The Coach is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions.
- The Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pastor Care Solutions, its affiliates, and the Coach from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from coaching services.
- Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Clients should seek appropriate professionals for such matters.
7. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation.
- If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, County of Lee.
8. Agreement to Terms
By engaging in coaching services with Pastor Care Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
