Marshall LeCroy

Hi, I’m Marshall.

I’m driven by one thing: helping people thrive—spiritually, personally, and professionally.

I currently serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Global Outreach International, where I bring together 21+ years of experience in business leadership, ministry, and HR. My work focuses on building healthy people systems, strengthening culture, and supporting both our stateside staff and the missionaries we serve across the globe.

My path has always woven together faith, leadership, and practical service. I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University—training that grounds my approach in both organizational clarity and biblical conviction. Whether I’m designing HR strategy or coaching leaders through difficult decisions, I operate with a commitment to integrity, accountability, and genuine care.

Before joining Global Outreach as the Senior Director of Human Resources, I served as a family pastor, managed teams with Target and CGI Technologies, and led retail operations with Goody’s Family Clothing. Across every setting—corporate, ministry, and nonprofit—my focus has remained steady: develop people, build strong processes, and create environments where leaders can flourish.

Alongside my HR work, I run Pastor Care Solutions, a coaching initiative created to support Christian pastors and ministry leaders. Having pastored myself, I know the pressures and isolation ministry can bring. My coaching helps pastors navigate personal challenges, leadership stress, and spiritual fatigue with clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose.

At home, I’m married to my amazing wife Kristina, and we’re parents to two wonderful daughters, Kaley and Kylie. We love traveling, movies, good food with friends, and the daily chaos provided by our dachshund Gus and our cat Jack.

Whether I’m supporting missionaries, leading HR strategy, or coaching pastors, my mission is simple: help people embrace their calling and lead with heart, courage, and purpose.
