Hi, I’m Marshall.

I believe pastors need a place where they don't always have to be the pastor.

Ministry can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be remarkably heavy. Pastors carry the spiritual needs of a congregation, the expectations of leaders and members, difficult decisions, family responsibilities, organizational challenges, and the ongoing pressure to lead well—even during seasons when they may be struggling themselves.

And one of the unique challenges of pastoral leadership is that the person everyone turns to often isn't sure where to turn.

I understand that world because ministry has been an important part of my own story.

My professional journey has taken me through pastoral ministry, business leadership, human resources, organizational development, and coaching. I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. That combination has shaped how I approach leadership: with a deep concern for people, an understanding of organizations, and a commitment to viewing life and ministry through the lens of Christian faith.

Over the years, I have served as a pastor, led teams in corporate environments, helped leaders navigate difficult organizational and people challenges, and worked alongside ministry leaders carrying the pressures that come with serving others.

Today, I also serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Global Outreach International, where I support an organization serving missionaries and ministries around the world.

Through all of those experiences, one conviction has continued to grow:

Healthy ministry needs healthy pastors.

Why Pastor Care Solutions?

Pastor Care Solutions grew from a simple observation: pastors spend enormous amounts of their lives caring for other people, but they don't always have a trusted place to process what is happening in their own lives and leadership.

There are some things you may not feel comfortable discussing with a church member.

There are things you may not want to place on your spouse.

There may be leadership challenges you aren't ready to discuss with your staff or elders.

And sometimes you simply need a place where you can stop carrying everyone else's needs for a little while and focus on what is happening with you.

That is the space I want Pastor Care Solutions to provide.

This isn't about having someone tell you how to pastor your church. You already know your congregation, your calling, and your ministry context better than I ever could.

Instead, coaching gives you a confidential place to slow down, think clearly, pray, process what you're experiencing, and determine what your next faithful step should be.

Sometimes that involves leadership.

Sometimes it involves boundaries, priorities, conflict, decision-making, family, personal rhythms, ministry transition, or simply trying to understand why something that once brought joy has become so heavy.

And sometimes you may not even know exactly what needs attention yet.

That's okay too.

Coaching the Pastor, Not Just the Ministry

One of the convictions behind Pastor Care Solutions is that you are more than the role you hold.

You are a pastor, but you are also a person.

Your spiritual health matters. Your relationships matter. Your family matters. Your emotional and physical rhythms matter. Your leadership matters. And the person you are becoming matters just as much as the ministry you are building.

That's why my approach isn't simply about solving the ministry problem in front of you.

I want to help you step back far enough to see the larger picture: what is happening, what matters most, what may need to change, and where God may be leading you next.

My approach brings together Christian faith, practical coaching, leadership development, organizational experience, and more than two decades of working with people and leaders.

I believe Scripture provides the foundation for understanding our calling, identity, relationships, leadership, and purpose. But I also believe good coaching should be practical.

Insight should eventually lead somewhere.

The goal isn't simply a good conversation. The goal is meaningful, faithful movement.

Helping Pastors Thrive

Pastor Care Solutions ultimately exists because I want pastors to thrive—spiritually, personally, and professionally.

Not because ministry will suddenly become easy.

Not because every church problem can be solved.

And certainly not because I have all the answers.

I don't.

What I can offer is a confidential place to talk, thoughtful questions, practical tools, leadership experience, honest conversation, and a Christian worldview.

Together, we can work toward greater clarity about where you are, what you're carrying, where you believe God is leading you, and what your next step might be.

You spend a great deal of your life caring for other people.

Pastor Care Solutions is a place where someone gets to care about the pastor.

If you're ready for a conversation about your life, leadership, or ministry, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
